More Real-Time “My Records” Listing in Data Quality Workspace

With the release of DCM 6.2, we’ve significantly enhanced the “My Records” listing in the Data Quality Workspace—making it cleaner, more real-time, and also including compliant records.

✨ What’s Improved?

Previously, the My Non-Compliant Records section listed the records based on Audit runs. Now, the listing has been redesigned to better support your daily work. It now shows the records based on Audit Message statuses that update automatically when issues are remediated in the Workspace or related tasks are closed in the background.

✅ Why It Matters:

  • Real-Time Status: No need to wait for the next audit run to update record status
  • See the Change: Fixing the issues will change the color of the bar. No more red after issues are already fixed.
  • Better filtering: Class filter only includes relevant tables, compliant messages are shown as optional, and the text search is more responsive.
