This Webinar was presented on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. It is now available on-demand

Length: 60 minutes

Join us for CSDM 3.0 – Walking and Running with DCM to hear what the recent CSDM 3.0 means for the walking and running phases of implementing the Common Service Data Model, and how Data Content Manager makes your work easier.

Mark Bodman, Senior Product Manager for CSDM at ServiceNow, will touch on what?s new with CSDM 3.0 in case you’ve missed it. He will then talk about what it means to walk and run, and what use cases can be applied over the model at this point.

DCM Product Manager Mikko Juola will then proceed to show you how to accelerate your implementation with Data Content Manager, a Built on Now App, available in the ServiceNow Store. Mikko will demonstrate how to fortify data behind particular use cases and how to maintain data on top of the agreed data models.

The webinar will be recorded so even if the time does not work for you, by registering you will be able to view the recording at your convenience! This is the second webinar in a series of 3 – all focusing on getting CSDM off the ground.
